All The World's A Stage &I'm the Jester In the Act

Troubles of Growing

There will be moments where you glance at your Gchat list, Facebook friend list or whatever and see a person you once shared memories and moments with, but sacrifices have to be made. There is only one of you and so many people you want to keep in touch with. At the end, you are left with the memories. Now, what are those memories worth? You may become frustrated, because memories are not the same as the real thing. We all grow up and need to cope with good memories, bad memories and lost memories. The question is how do we cope? Do we suppress these memories? Do we let it go? And can we truly “let something go”. Our brains are wired to remember all of the memories we have, unless you have Alzheimer’s. We all carry a burden or an enlightenment from our pasts. Coping and tolerance are truly two essential tools needed in life to fight most of the troubles of growing up.

I just need to be constantly stimulated.

The other day, I had a thought before I stepped into the shower. The bathroom is one of the few places where I feel the most tranquil, where I have the chance to introspect and think. Life is tough and there will always be challenges, but even during those time you have to be happy for those moments.

Cliche as it may be, life is a lesson all on its own and life is not promised. Life will disappoint you, but we cannot be afraid and we have to take it for what is worth. Life lessons came early in my life- violence, abuse, depression, death, and  closed doors. You can allow the situations to victimize you or get through the situation, absorb them and go through the pain and more importantly walk away with the lesson.

It is easier to become muddled in our minds and let it eat away in our brains, nothing I am saying here is compelling information and what the average person does not know, but I just want to write it down as a reminder to myself and others to not get stuck in your mind.

There are too much sickness and pain happening in the world today and we all can be critics, but try to see it from a different perspective and point-of-view. Of course do not accept everything, but just accept it for what it is and if you have some sort of action plan then brainstorm for implementation. There are some deep rooted issues in the world to complex to fix in one life-time and I hope those roots become nourished I am sick of the growing apathy and restlessness.
